Job summary

Citi Trends is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, lead the team, and assist with hiring and onboarding. You will help drive sales, maintain standards, and develop store associates under the Store Manager’s guidance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
2–4 years of experience in an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role.
3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsibilities

Support daily store operations, drive sales and maintain customer experience standards.
Assist Store Manager with hiring, onboarding, and development of store associates.
Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.
Ensure compliance with Citi Trends policies and loss prevention standards.
