Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role.
• 3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to meet sales goals and customer service standards.
• Monitor sales activity and guide associates to deliver excellent service.
• Assist with inventory control and shrink prevention.
• Supervise associates in sales, cash handling, and service; participate in hiring and onboarding.
• Maintain a safe, organized store and enforce policies.
• Ensure merchandising, operations, and visual standards are followed.
