Citi Trends is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead a team, and drive sales while upholding company standards. You will assist with hiring, onboarding and developing store associates, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to policies.

The role emphasizes leadership, operational accountability, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced retail environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role.
• 3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

• Support daily store operations to meet sales goals and customer service standards.
• Monitor sales activity and guide associates to deliver excellent service.
• Assist with inventory control and shrink prevention.
• Supervise associates in sales, cash handling, and service; participate in hiring and onboarding.
