Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Basic math, including percentages.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to meet sales goals and customer experience standards.
• Monitor sales activity and guide associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist with inventory control and shrink prevention.
• Ensure compliance with Citi Trends policies and standards.
• Hire, onboard, and develop store associates; coach performance.
