Kay Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets while maintaining an exceptional customer experience. You will help lead a team, train associates, and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team standards to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction and high service levels.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation; assist in recruiting and selection.
