Kay Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in maintaining sales and customer service standards, driving profitable results, and delivering an outstanding experience for every guest.

You will develop team members through coaching and training, recruit and select staff, enforce company policies, and contribute to a culture of integrity, diversity, and advancement. This full-time role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on standards to attain sales and profit projections
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction and staff development through training and evaluation
• Recruit and select team members and enforce all company policies and procedures
• Perform other operational and strategic duties as needed
