You will partner with the Store Manager to oversee opening/closing, inventory, and safety, while mentoring staff and promoting sneaker culture. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring flexibility and a passion for retail excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and solutions to customer interactions.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and share product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
• Provide ownership mindset to address issues and uphold standards.
• Leverage retail technology to enhance customer experience and store efficiency.
