Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will manage during the Store Manager’s absence and lead the team in servicing customers. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

You’ll supervise the showroom, assist in hiring, ensure order processing and transfers, and help enforce policies. This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunity for career growth within a nationwide

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification are desirable.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure program execution.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and selection of qualified team members.
• Manage scheduling to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours and events.
• Perform store opening/closing duties, end-of-day procedures, and security checks.
