Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification; Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure staff adherence to service programs.
• Assist the store manager in hiring, training, and coaching team members.
• Ensure all store operations including returns, invoicing, and transfers are processed efficiently.
