Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and execute customer service programs.
• Ensure the retail sales counter is adequately staffed during peak hours.
• Assist the store manager in setting team goals and coaching team members.
• Participate in recruiting tasks, interviewing, and selecting qualified staff.
• Answer telephone per company policy and manage order transfers and ship-to-store processes.
• Ensure returns, refunds, and invoicing are handled efficiently and accurately.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, money handling, and security procedures.
