• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

• Take ownership of issues, standards, and store execution.
• Leverage retail technology to enhance the customer experience and operations.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled and assist hiring, onboarding, training.
• Coach teammates in real time and support the team and store priorities.
