AT&T Mobility Services in Colorado Springs seeks an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, assist with merchandising, and lead a team of retail sales consultants to reach sales and service goals. You will partner with a store manager, coach performance, coordinate product launches, and participate in off-site events.

Formación

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operation of the retail store in partnership with the store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to meet sales objectives.
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals.
• Engage in outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
