Rural King is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role partners with the Store Manager to drive sales, develop associates, oversee merchandising and inventory, and ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail leadership/management experience.
• Strong coaching and team development ability.
• Proven ability to improve operations, scheduling, and service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations and sales performance with Store Manager.
• Lead staffing, training, and development of associates.
• Maintain merchandising, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention.
