Job summary

Leslie’s pool supplies is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store performance, ensure service, and drive sales, profitability, and merchandising objectives. You will learn and coach best practices, lead by example, and uphold customer service standards.

The role includes hands-on training, daily operations support, and opportunity for career advancement within Leslie’s diverse divisions.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent or currently in high school
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• 1 year of customer service or retail experience
• Experience leading a team
• Willingness to complete required training within two months

Responsibilities

• Learn store operations, sales plans, and profitability with the GM.
• Conduct water analysis and repairs.
• Increase commercial and residential sales and customer count.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Identify new talent to join the team.
• Maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Opening and closing duties including daily bank deposits.
