Job summary

Leslie’s pool supplies is the “World’s Largest Retailer of Swimming Pool Supplies.” With over 1,000 retail stores in 39 states, there are many career opportunities at Leslie’s. As the Assistant Manager (AM), you will support the performance of a Leslie's store to ensure that it meets or exceeds customer service standards, sales plans, profitability, operating procedures, and all merchandising objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or retail experience.
• Experience managing/leading a team.
• Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to learn store operations, sales plans, payroll, and expenses.
• Conducted water analysis and mechanical repairs.
• Increase commercial and residential sales and customer counts.
• Ensure the team follows safety protocols.
• Identify new talent to join the team.
• Maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Open and close store duties including daily bank deposits.
