Job summary

Leslie’s is a leading pool supplies retailer with stores nationwide. We are seeking an Assistant Manager (AM) to help run a Leslie's store, drive customer service excellence, manage sales plans, and lead a growing team.

Training and development are core to this role, with a focus on safety, merchandising, and store operations. The AM will work closely with the General Manager to learn store processes, analyze P&L implications, and ensure high customer satisfaction while maintaining efficiency

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or retail experience.
• Experience managing/leading a team is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support store performance to meet customer service and sales goals.
• Learn and apply best practices to train and develop team members.
• Lead by example to provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control and safety protocols.
• Participate in opening/closing store duties and daily deposits.
