Responsabilidades

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Administer disciplinary steps when the Store Manager is absent.
• Maintain store staffing and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Support inventory and cash-handling procedures.
