Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Can effectively communicate with team and management.
• Scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Brand: supervise and plan associates' daily goals to deliver an exceptional client experience and maximize KPIs.
• People: recruit, train and develop teams, coach performance and maintain positive relations.
• Operations: ensure execution of company processes and Omni-channel fulfillment.
• Safety/Loss Prevention: maintain safe store environment and protect assets.
