• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Effective communication with team and management.
• Scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Brand: supervise and guide associates to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive KPIs.
• People: train and develop teams, recruit when needed, coach performance.
• Operations: execute company processes, utilize digital strategies and omni-channel practices.
