Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of North Carolina LLC in Kinston, NC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and develop team members. You will assist with merchandise flow, open and close procedures, and ensure safety and policy compliance while maintaining a clean, inviting sales floor.

This role offers part-time hours with opportunities to grow into store leadership within a supportive retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Store management experience in retail is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication is required.

Responsibilities
