StorageMart in New York is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, drive customer engagement, and contribute to store success. You will collaborate with the Store Manager on sales goals, provide friendly service in person, over the phone, and via email, and help with opening/closing tasks and basic maintenance.

Qualifications

• Retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations, sales goals, and business growth
• Provide friendly and professional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
• Open and close the office and perform light property maintenance and cleaning
• Assist customers with rentals, account setup, payments, and general inquiries
• Manage account records, billing, and collections
• Occasionally support nearby store locations to maintain consistent company standards
