StorageMart is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in New York to join a growing team. You will support daily operations, drive sales goals, and engage customers to provide a consistently excellent experience.

Qualifications

• Retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred (training provided!)
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations, sales goals, and business growth
• Provide friendly and professional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
• Open and close the office and perform light property maintenance and cleaning
• Assist customers with rentals, account setup, payments, and general inquiries
• Manage account records, billing, and collections
• Occasionally support nearby store locations to maintain consistent company standards
