Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and goals.
• Provide friendly customer service in person, by phone, and email.
• Open/close the office; perform light maintenance and cleaning.
• Assist customers with rentals, accounts, payments, and inquiries.
• Manage account records, billing, and collections.
• Support nearby stores to maintain standards.
