StorageMart | MMS is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in New York. You will support daily operations, drive sales goals, and ensure excellent customer service across in-person, phone, and email channels.

The role involves opening/closing the office, light maintenance, and helping customers with rentals, payments, and inquiries while upholding company standards across nearby locations.

Qualifications

• Retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable with light maintenance and outdoor work.
• Basic computer skills including email and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and sales goals.
• Provide friendly customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Open/close the office and perform light property maintenance and cleaning.
• Assist customers with rentals, account setup, payments, and inquiries.
• Manage account records, billing, and collections.
• Support nearby stores to maintain company standards.
