Qualifications

• 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate, count, read, and write accurately.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work in intermittent temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management of day-to-day store operations.
• Supervise, develop, train and discipline hourly employees.
• Monitor cash handling and inventory; perform banking, invoicing and payroll duties as requested.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and store image standards; ensure promotions are executed.
