Global Partners LP is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day store operations. The role emphasizes people-focused leadership, cash handling, inventory control, and adherence to company policies.

The ASM will help drive guest service, safety, and store standards at the Connecticut location. We value reliability, 1–2 years of supervisory experience, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate, count, read, and write accurately.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Complete required daily accounting paperwork and transmit by deadline.
• Supervise, develop, train and discipline non-exempt employees.
• Monitors shift cash handling and inventory.
• Maintains business records and cashier accountability sheets.
• Perform bank deposits, invoicing, payroll, and other admin duties.
• Manage cash handling procedures and store safety checks.
• Engage in promotions and guest service initiatives.
