Goodwill of Delaware and Delaware County, PA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and support the Store Manager in achieving key performance metrics while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will oversee safety, staff scheduling, training, and inventory control, ensuring compliance and protecting store assets, with open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Join a team focused on job training and community impact.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or 1–3 years supervisory experience in retail
• Experience supervising teams and meeting sales/store ops goals
• Strong MS Office and data reporting skills

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and cover Store Manager in their absence
• Drive sales, meet or exceed weekly revenue and production goals
• Maintain safety compliance and audit scores
• Staffing: interview candidates and maintain staffing levels
• Handle POS, transactions, pricing, and inventory control
• Maintain daily reports on sales, donations, money, and production
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build relationships
• Enforce company policies and train new team members
• Protect assets via loss prevention
• Support store events and community initiatives
