Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of management experience.
• Internal candidates require 6 months in the Goodwill Team Leader role.
• Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, active insurance, and reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to staff, donors, and customers to achieve production and quality goals and ensure efficient store operations.
• Adhere to organizational policies reflecting a positive internal and external appearance in retail operations.
