• Support interviewing and onboarding of store personnel
• Ensure adherence to inventory, product handling, and cash policies
• Supervise daily store operations and escalate issues as needed
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage
• Assist with stock levels and product ordering
• Merchandise products to maximize sales and ensure signage accuracy
