Dollar Tree’s Family Dollar store in Lowell, IN is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations, deliver customer service, and develop team performance. You will assist with merchandising, opening/closing, and implementing corporate directives while ensuring a clean, safe shopping environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and store leadership experience; you must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and work in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualificações

• Ability to read and explain operational directives and merchandise plans.
