Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development at our Westfield, IN location. You will assist with opening/closing, merchandise control, payroll and scheduling while maintaining a safe, friendly environment.

Strong communication and leadership are essential to guide associates and deliver excellent service throughout the store. This part-time role requires lifting up to 55 lbs, attention to detail, and the ability to follow

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drugstore environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and functions.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and answer questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays for effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll/scheduling, and cash deposits.
• Keep store areas well-stocked and organized.
• Protect company assets, including cash.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and store policies.
• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing Store Associates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
