• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; read and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store duties as needed.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills.
• Able to work in a high-energy, team environment and deliver excellent service.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional displays and store-front fixtures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, process damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Keep store areas neat and stocked to company standards; protect assets including cash.
• Follow policies, procedures and safety guidelines; supervise/train Store Associates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
