Responsibilities

• Complete required daily accounting paperwork and transmit by deadline.
• Supervise, develop, train and discipline non-exempt employees, holding them accountable for upholding operational standards.
• Monitors shift cash handling and inventory; assist investigations of shortages/overages up to $100 per month and inventory variations of 0.5% of sales or less.
• Maintains business records and cashier accountability sheets.
• Perform banking, invoicing, payroll, and other administrative duties per cash control policies.
