You’ll manage daily operations, protect store standards, and leverage retail technology to enhance the customer experience while aligning with Foot Locker's culture of sport and style.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; prior leadership in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred.

• 1+ years of retail experience, with leadership potential or proven leadership roles.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy, ownership, and solutions for every customer interaction.
• Coach the team to deliver great service, share product knowledge, and keep customers excited to shop.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Leverage retail technology and SOPs to enhance customer experience and store operations.
