Foot Locker is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to energize the sales floor, coach the team, and deliver a first‑class store experience in Billings, MT.

You will support the Store Manager, manage daily operations, and lead with urgency while upholding safety and standards. The role requires retail leadership, strong communication, and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Formación

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example on the sales floor with an energy mindset and provide solutions to customers.
• Coach the team to deliver great service, share product knowledge, and keep customers excited to shop.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping the team close the loop with customers.
• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Maintain store organization, customer readiness, and adherence to safety procedures.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled and support hiring and onboarding.
