Job summary

Mejuri is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Boston to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager across operations, inventory, and merchandising while supporting KPI achievement like conversion and NPS.

You will guide, train, and engage the team, oversee onboarding, scheduling, and performance, and ensure brand standards and campaigns are executed to maintain Mejuri’s luxury retail image.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams in a high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to drive KPIs like conversion and NPS.
• Strong operational knowledge including inventory, fulfillment, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and assist Store Manager to drive sales.
• Ensure customer experience and promote services (piercing, engraving).
• Oversee inventory, cycle counts, and back-of-house flow.
• Maintain visual standards and merchandising.
• Manage onboarding and training of new staff.
