Mejuri in Seattle is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional retail experience and driving sales. You will lead a high-energy team and oversee operations, inventory, merchandising, and training to support KPI targets.

Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of retail management experience.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Experience in high-volume store environments.
Ability to analyze sales data and KPIs.

Responsibilities

Lead customer experience and stack selling, guiding the team to uphold Mejuri’s steps of selling.
Drive sales and KPIs by optimizing team performance and engagement.
Oversee operations including inventory control, back-of-house, order fulfillment and merchandising.
Maintain visual standards, signage, fixtures and stock to ensure brand consistency.
Schedule, onboard, train and develop store staff; monitor performance against KPIs.
