Mejuri in Seattle is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional retail experience and driving sales. You will lead a high-energy team and oversee operations, inventory, merchandising, and training to support KPI targets.

Formación

• Minimum 2-3 years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Experience in high-volume store environments.
• Ability to analyze sales data and KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer experience and stack selling, guiding the team to uphold Mejuri’s steps of selling.
• Drive sales and KPIs by optimizing team performance and engagement.
• Oversee operations including inventory control, back-of-house, order fulfillment and merchandising.
• Maintain visual standards, signage, fixtures and stock to ensure brand consistency.
• Schedule, onboard, train and develop store staff; monitor performance against KPIs.
