Job summary

Mejuri in the United States is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to deliver an exceptional retail experience and support the store leadership team with daily operations. You will assist in overseeing store performance, driving sales, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

You’ll be the go-to for guidance on Mejuri’s Steps of Selling, partner with the Store Manager across operations, inventory, and merchandising, and help the team meet KPIs like retention, conversion, and NPS while

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with experience supporting, coaching, and motivating a team.
• Financial management experience with success in driving top-line sales and controlling expenses.
• Understanding of delivering excellent customer experiences on the floor.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with experimentation.
• Bonus: leadership experience in a high-volume retail environment.
