Mejuri seeks a Store Manager in California to lead a high-volume retail location, driving revenue, managing operations, merchandising and people, and serving as Mejuri’s brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service and a productive store environment. You bring strong leadership, local market knowledge, and a track record of growing teams while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume retail environment.
• Knowledge of local market and store openings requirements.
• Financial management experience: driving top-line sales, interpreting reports, payroll budgeting, expense control.
• Leadership capabilities: attracting, developing, and motivating talent in fast-paced settings.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store revenue and profitability, and exceed targets.
• Lead in-store customer experience and uphold Mejuri’s service model.
• Maximize KPI performance through team engagement and training.
• Oversee inventory, cycle counts, and stock accuracy.
• Maintain merchandising standards, visuals, and branding.
• Plan staffing, onboarding, scheduling, and training.
• Address escalations with cross-functional partners.
• Control shrink and loss prevention.
