Job summary

Mejuri is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead an exceptional retail experience and support the Store Manager with daily operations. You will drive sales, coach the team, and ensure customer satisfaction across services including piercing and engraving.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will oversee inventory, merchandising, and staff development while maintaining Mejuri brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in high-volume environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage store operations and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-store customer experience and uphold Mejuri’s Steps of Selling.
• Drive sales and KPIs through team performance and engagement.
• Oversee inventory, cycle counts, and back-of-house operations.
• Manage order fulfillment, packaging, and delivery standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and scheduling of store staff.
