Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.
• Anthro brand fan.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand representative to promote a positive and inclusive environment in the store.
• Leads by example in upholding a service culture to cultivate a welcoming environment for customers.
• Supports the store leadership team and stylists to promote customer events and brand engagement.
• Participates in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to retain a diverse and engaged team.
• Utilizes brand resources to champion employee development and team-building activities.
• Supports daily operating processes including opening/closing procedures, restocking, and facilities or IT issues.
