Men's Wearhouse is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching staff, and maintaining store operations. You will recruit, hire, and train team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative with good judgement and pulse on business.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
