Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Maintain high quality of Customer service.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Leads all Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity by minimizing steps and touches.
• Assists in analyzing Store reports to evaluate expenses and performance.
• Ensures proper scheduling of Associates to meet objectives.
• Ensures compliance with State, Local and Federal regulations.
• Maintains safety and conducts monthly safety meetings.
• Supervises and coaches staff at the registers, Customer Service desk, and sales floor.
