Zara USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Seattle to join the leadership team.

You will work with the General Manager to guide the store, lead a diverse team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while upholding company standards in product, operations, and people management. You will analyze store performance, manage schedules and budgets, supervise training, and implement improvements.

Formación

• Must have completed 90 day introductory period in current position.
• Must be in good standing with respect to job performance.
• Must have completed and passed a Development Day before applying
• Ability to travel for Campus training

Responsabilidades

• Assist the General Manager in leading the store team to achieve sales targets across all sections.
• Monitor product displays and perform product analysis to drive improvements and actions.
• Support omnichannel processes and ensure smooth store operations and technology systems.
