Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to meet sales goals and customer experience standards.
• Monitor sales activity and guide associates to deliver excellent service.
• Assist with inventory control, transactions, and shrink prevention.
• Supervise and support store associates in sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer service.
• Assist the Store Manager with hiring, recruiting, onboarding, and training support.
• Help maintain staffing levels by supporting recruitment and retention.
• Provide coaching and feedback to associates to improve performance.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and customer-focused store environment.
• Reinforce adherence to company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards.
