You will support hiring, training, and ongoing development while focusing on achieving sales targets, optimizing store operations, and maintaining a customer-centric environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar retail leadership role.
• Experience operating inventory and POS systems and other retail software tools.
• Experience driving consumer engagement and selling skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to a diverse staff of supervisors and associates to meet performance standards.
• Create an engaging shopping experience and ensure staff have product knowledge and tech awareness.
• Train and coach on selling skills and product knowledge to influence buying decisions.
• Assist Store Manager with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
• Develop action plans to improve sales, store operations, safety, and productivity.
• Create weekly store schedules and manage labor/operating expenses.
