Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise between delivery, stockroom, and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain store areas and ensure displays and fixtures are in good order.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Supervise and develop Store Associates, promoting a safe and respectful environment.
