Dollar Tree in Clovis, CA is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager to help lead a dynamic team and ensure engaging shopping experiences while focusing on merchandising and freight processing. You will work closely with the Store Manager to open/close procedures, protect assets, maintain store cleanliness, and execute monthly Sales Planners and stock needs.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities
• Open and close procedures as needed
• Protect store assets including cash
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to standards
• Process freight and merchandise flow per productivity standards
• Plan and stock merchandise including frozen & refrigerated per standards
• Ensure sales floor is sales-effective
• Plan and implement monthly Sales Planners
• Other duties as assigned
