• 2–4 years of experience as a supervisor or team lead in retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work in the United States and provide work authorization.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.
• Ability to follow instructions and lift up to 20 lbs as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work irregular shifts.
