United Pacific is seeking a Manager-In-Training in California for a full-time role that includes a comprehensive benefits package. The program trains you under the Store Manager to learn daily operations, supervision, and leadership within a retail environment.

You will work with a team, coaching and developing staff while adhering to company policies. The position offers career progression, a strong benefits package, and on-the-job training to move into a Store Manager role.

Formación

• 5+ years of supervisory/lead/assistant manager experience in retail or fast food.
• Ability to coach and develop your team to advance in their careers.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Valid, infraction-free driver’s license.
• Effective communication in English, both spoken and written.
• Authorized to work in the United States if hired.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including overnight shifts and holidays.
• Stand/walk for at least 8 hours.
• Lift up to 20 pounds overhead up to 30 minutes; push/pull up to 20 pounds.
• Occasionally climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or signage.
• Some stores may require comfort in small spaces.

Responsabilidades

• MIT will complete the training program under supervision of the Store Manager.
• Learn to manage, direct and supervise daily store operations.
• Maintain a pleasant and courteous environment for customers and team members.
• Receive on-the-job training before transitioning into a Store Manager role.
