Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily operations at the store.

The successful candidate will manage store personnel, maintain operational standards, and ensure excellent customer service. This role requires a High School diploma or GED and 3 years of supervisory experience in retail.

The position offers a starting salary of $23.44 per hour, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a supervisory role of 12 or more employees in retail.
• Valid Oklahoma Drivers License and Car Insurance Verification required.
• Must be able to adapt to growth and a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of donated merchandise.
• Hire, train, and supervise all store personnel.
• Monitor overall store appearance and maintain operational standards.
